Anna is a born and raised Yooper from a proud union family. Anna’s husband helps keep our community safe as a police officer, and her kids go to Marquette public schools and play sports.
She knows what it means to care for people – Anna spent 17 years as a physician assistant at Planned Parenthood Marquette, before Republican cuts forced its closure in April 2025.
Anna’s running for State Representative because our leaders in Lansing and Washington, DC are failing us. We need more access to healthcare, not less. We need more resources for our public schools. We need more affordable housing and we need to protect our Great Lakes and forests. But most importantly – we need a leader who will put people over politics and fight for the U.P.
Anna isn’t a politician – she’s a wife, a mom, a healthcare
provider, a neighbor, and she sure as hell won’t back down from a fight.
The U.P. is built on hard work, and our families deserve good-paying jobs with fair benefits. Anna will stand shoulder to shoulder with working people, protect workers’ rights, and invest in good jobs that keep our communities strong.
Families are being stretched thin. From housing costs to energy bills, Anna will fight to make life more affordable and keep the U.P. a place where people can build a future.
Our kids deserve the best opportunities, no matter their ZIP code. Anna will fight for public schools, better pay for teachers, and resources that help students succeed.
No one should have to drive hours or wait months to see a doctor. Anna will fight to expand healthcare access across the U.P., so every family can get the care they need close to home.
The Upper Peninsula’s natural beauty is part of who we are. Anna will work to protect our water, land, and air from polluters and keep the Great Lakes safe for generations to come.
Safe communities mean investing in first responders and tackling the root causes of crime. As the wife of a police officer, Anna will always fight for more resources to keep our communities safe.
